Return Policy and Order Cancellations
We unconditionally guarantee any product or art you purchase from us. With the exception of special or custom orders and final sale items, you may return or exchange any item within 10 days of receiving it. For a return or exchange email email@example.com, or call 1-276-979-6469
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders (except for orders shipped to Canada). If your exchange costs more than the original order you will pay the difference. If your exchange is less than the original order you will receive The Lost Pearl Gallery credit for the difference.
Special and Custom Orders
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. At the time of purchase you will be told if an item is not returnable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Our 10-day return window may not be feasible for gifts purchased for others, so we will accept gift returns within an extended period of time. If you return a gift, you may choose to receive The Lost Pearl credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price.
Apparel in new and unworn condition may be returned within 10 days of receipt. We will not accept returns on apparel that has been damaged, altered, or worn.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged call us at 1-276-979-6469. We can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please keep all of the original packing materials.
Return Shipping Costs
Apparel Satchels and Jewelry
There is a flat fee of $6.95 per shipment. For example, if you return three tops, you will be charged for one shipment.
Art and Home Decor
The return charge is the actual cost of shipping the artwork. To find out how much your return will cost, please call us at 1-276-979-6469.
Your refund will be processed one to three business day after your return is received, though it may take 7 to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. We will not provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive The Lost Pearl credit or have the buyer refunded for the purchase price. If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

2. If your order arrived via UPS or USPS, we will provide you with a return service label (except for Canadian customers). If your order arrived via freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, please inspect the artwork before signing for the delivery. To return a freight delivery piece contact us for arrangements.
3. Properly repack your order.Use the original packaging if possible and make sure the item(s) are securely packaged. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging. If you are unsure how repack your order call us at 1-276-979-6469.
4. Send your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return service label.

We are unable to provide return shipping labels for Canadian customers. To make a return or exchange call 1-276-979-6469 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and return address information. You will be responsible for creating and paying for the return shipping label for both returns and exchanges.
